You can expand your online study material by visiting the Bank of Finland Museum, which is situated in the next block to the main building of the Bank of Finland and just round the corner from Helsinki Cathedral, at Snellmanninkatu 2. The museum serves as the Bank's visitor centre, and students in particular are invited to enjoy guided tours around the exhibits. Admission is free of charge.

The main section of the museum provides an interactive presentation of monetary policy, the international economy and the role of the Bank of Finland. Other themes featured include the history of money and the monetary economy, and Finnish banknote art. Visits to the museum can be tailored to your own needs. Guided tours can be a fully interactive experience, complete with filling in an electronic questionnaire and trying one's hand at games in our stylish museum facilities.
